His technical leadership was further solidified as a Site Supervisor and Engineer for Aronarah Access World Ltd, where he managed complex physical developments with a hands-on approach to structural integrity. Today, as the head of Akrystal Group Nigeria & The Akristal Group Rwanda, he is reshaping the African skyline. By integrating his background in network engineering and creative design, he develops modern spaces characterized by home automation, advanced security, and architectural elegance. MUHIRE Jules is an experienced Construction Project Surveyor with a strong background in engineering and land surveying, specializing in large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects. His project experience includes notable developments such as the Amahoro Stadium Project, Hoima City Stadium (Uganda), MINUBUMWE Office Building, Mark Cable Factory, NISS Headquarters, and RUDP II – Wetland Rehabilitation Project in the City of Kigali, among others. He possesses extensive hands-on experience in setting-out works, quantity verification, as-built surveys, and topographic mapping, ensuring that construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and contractual requirements. In addition to site-based practice, he has actively contributed to the development of the Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) curriculum in Surveying at Rwanda Polytechnic, supporting the advancement of technical education within the surveying profession. Jules demonstrates proven expertise in site control establishment, earthworks measurement, road construction works, drainage systems, utility networks, and structural setting-out, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, quality control, and risk mitigation.
